Steven Zhang is the General Manager of Luminor Real Estate, where he leads property management operations with an emphasis on attentive service, clear communication, and long-term value. Since entering real estate in 2010, he has managed a wide range of residential and commercial properties throughout San Francisco.

Steven was drawn to the industry because it combines people, properties, and problem-solving. Recognizing that every building and client is different, he develops practical solutions tailored to each owner’s goals. Whether resolving a complex maintenance issue, advising on a lease, or improving building operations, Steven brings patience, sound judgment, and accountability to every decision.

He believes effective property management goes far beyond collecting rent and coordinating repairs. It means protecting the property, supporting residents, maintaining relationships with trusted vendors, and providing owners with the information they need to make confident decisions. Steven is particularly skilled at anticipating problems, communicating through challenging situations, and balancing immediate needs with long-term priorities.

After more than 16 years in the industry, Steven has learned that trust is earned through consistency. His goal is for clients to feel confident that their concerns are heard, their properties are protected, and they have a dependable partner looking out for them.



Outside of work, Steven enjoys playing basketball, running, and traveling with his family. As a proud father of a son and daughter, he especially values the opportunity to explore new places together, experience different cultures, and create lasting family memories.
