Queenie Zhang is the Office Manager at Luminor Real Estate, where she oversees accounting operations and supports the day-to-day functions that keep the office running efficiently. Working closely with property managers, property owners, and vendors, she coordinates billing, financial operations, office administration, and process improvement to help ensure a seamless client experience.



Queenie's introduction to real estate began long before her career. Inspired by years of exposure to the industry through her husband, who has more than 15 years of experience specializing in property management and client relationships, she developed a genuine appreciation for real estate before earning her California real estate salesperson license in 2022.

Having called San Francisco home since 2004, Queenie believes exceptional property management starts behind the scenes—with accurate operations, clear communication, and a commitment to getting the details right. She takes pride in supporting both clients and colleagues with dependable service and thoughtful attention to detail.

Outside of work, Queenie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, discovering new restaurants, and staying active through running and strength training. She loves learning from new experiences and believes there is always something valuable to discover, whether at work or while exploring a new destination.
