Keith Ye is a Property Manager at Luminor Real Estate, where he works primarily with residents of multifamily properties throughout San Francisco. Since joining in 2025, Keith enjoys being out in the field, where every property visit offers a fresh perspective on San Francisco’s diverse neighborhoods and communities.

Compassionate, thoughtful, and dependable, Keith focuses on understanding and resolving the concerns of tenants and property owners. His experience has taught him to look beyond an emotional reaction and identify the underlying issue. He wants every client and resident to feel heard and supported with the outcome—ideally enough to leave him a five-star review.

Keith has called San Francisco home for nearly 20 years. His favorite neighborhood is the Mission District for its sunny weather, but he also enjoys coffee in the garden at Stable Café, evening walks at Bernal Heights Park, and sunsets at Ocean Beach. He appreciates San Francisco’s historic Victorian homes and the distinctive character they bring to the city.

Outside of work, Keith enjoys watching comedy shows and classic movies, playing billiards, and heading to the beach on a sunny afternoon. He is also the proud owner of Pika, a shy and independent cat he adopted four years ago. Although Pika is not much of a cuddler and hides whenever visitors arrive, Keith says they share similar personalities—and he enjoys photographing Pika’s most unflattering moments.



Keith’s guiding philosophy comes from the Tao Te Ching: “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” While he may be quiet at first, his coworkers know they can count on him to get the job done. Keith speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin and is a licensed California real estate salesperson (DRE# 02252785).
