Johnny Yu is the Co-Founder and Managing Broker of Luminor Real Estate, where he oversees property management, brokerage services, business development, and client relations. His expertise includes investment property operations, leasing strategy, landlord-tenant matters, operational efficiency, and both residential and commercial real estate.

Having lived in San Francisco for most of his life, Johnny has spent his entire career serving property owners throughout the city and the Peninsula. He appreciates the distinct personality and history of each neighborhood, as well as the craftsmanship and character of San Francisco’s historic architecture. His advice to newcomers is to explore beyond the tourist destinations and discover the local restaurants and hidden gems that make each neighborhood feel like home.

Johnny believes that no matter how much technology advances, real estate will always be a people business.
